  SPORTS AND ACTIVITY NEWS: 


  1. There is a JH Softball game today, at home, against Maroa Forsyth at 4:30pm.

  1. There is a Cross Country meet at Little Galilee, in Clinton, at 5pm.



   CLUB AND CLASS NEWS:        

               

  1.     Picture day will be on August 30th for all students. Order forms are available outside 

             the main office or through Mr. Kirkton.  You can also order school pictures digitally 

             through a link that can be found on the school website and Facebook Page.


  1.     If you are interested in being on the Superintendent's Advisory Council please

             Email Superintendent Taylor by September 1st.


  1.     There are a few spots left for 11th and 12th grade students who would like to be a 

            mentor. Please go to the TCSEA office (2nd floor, junior high wing) on Monday or 

            Wednesday of this week.


  1.     Seventh and eighth graders: If you are interested in being part of the junior high 

            student council, please pick up an application form from Mrs. Dorgan.  All forms are due 

            back with a parent signature by Friday.


  1.     Are you interested in becoming a teacher?  Lucky you! ISU is hosting a FUTURE 

           TEACHER EVENT on October 18th from 9-2:30.  See Dr. Bruemmer in Room 101 for 

           more information and sign-up!

  1. There is a JH Baseball game at Trinity Lutheran today at 4:15pm.

 

  1. There is a JH Softball game today, at home, against Argenta at 4:15pm.

            am in the 2nd floor conference room in the Junior High wing (Mrs. Etheridge's office). All 

            mentors and those that wish to participate should attend. Mentors must be in 11th or 

            12th grade.

  1. Our first Football game of the season is tonight at El-Paso Gridley.  The game start time is 7:00pm. There will be a pep bus going and it will be leaving at 5:45pm.  If you are interested in riding, please let Mrs.Gaines know in the library.
