                                 Sports and Activity:

1. Attention all JH Students: It is almost track season! Coach Kirkton will be stopping in to your lunch hour today to give you some introductory information and answer any questions you might have.

 

2. The freshman boys basketball team has a game vs EPG tonight at 6pm.

 

3. The junior high volleyball team has a game at Lexington tonight at 5:30

 

4. Congratulations to Gabe Spencer, Joe Lauterberg, Ryan Graves, Levi Neuleib, Will Winters, and Ayden Vacca for advancing to sectionals in wrestling.

2. Got a special someone in your life?  Let them know you care by sending a Candy Gram on Valentines Day!  Visit the stage to purchase some at junior high lunch this week. One for $1.00 or six for $5.00.

 

3. Congratulations to the junior high mathcounts team for bringing home 2nd place from our  math competition in Lexington. Top 7th grader was Matthew Warren, 2nd place 7th graders included Braxton Campbell, Maddux McMartlin, Kate Pickett, and Aaron Shields.  Top 8th grader was Alex Dahlhauser and 2nd place 8th grader was Karina Dagner. Congrats to all who competed.

Sports and Activity:

1. The high school boys basketball team has their last home game of the season tonight against Eureka at 5:30. Come cheer on the boys!

2. The high school girls basketball team has their first game of regionals tonight at Argenta vs Decatur.

3. The junior high volleyball team has a home game tonight against Carroll Catholic at 5:30.

4. Originally, the JH wrestling team was supposed to dismiss early today for an away meet at Prairie Central. That meet has been cancelled and the JH will have practice this evening at it's normal time. This has already been communicated to parents and wrestlers.

2. Make Valentine's Day the BEST DAY by sending your friends a Candy Gram! Purchase during lunch through Thursday. One for $1.00 or six for $5.00. They will be delivered first hour on Friday.

3. Seniors- don't forget to turn in your Wiseman Scholarship application by Friday. The essay is what counts. Two of you will win $5000!

  • 2. There is a high school freshman boys basketball game at LeRoy starting at 5:30 tonight.
  • The Lady Hornets basketball team got the regional win over Decatur Christian last night.  The next game will be tonight!

  1. Attention junior high students:   All you need is love, but a little candy now and then never hurts.  Send your favorite Valentines a Candy Gram. See your junior high STUCO members on the stage during lunch to purchase some.
