Sports and Activity News:

1. The high school girls basketball team has a game at Tremont starting at 5:30 tonight.

 

2. The junior high boys basketball team has a game at Tri-Valley beginning at 5:30.

 

3. The Junior high girls volleyball team has a home game at Tri-Valley starting at 5:00 tonight. 

 

 Club and Class New:

 

1. Good Morning and Happy National FFA Week! We have several events going on this week that you can participate in to help us celebrate. For each day you dress up, you will receive a raffle ticket to earn prizes throughout the week. We will be having dress up days with today being Pajama Day and tomorrow being Hawaiian Shirt/Floral Day!Be sure to ask your teachers about the "Goose Chase" scavenger hunt going on all week as well. There will be a grand prize pack for the person with the highest score! Complete those missions by Friday!We will kick off FFA week with our annual Agriculture trivia question. The first person to EMAIL Mrs. Barling the correct answer will get another ticket into the raffle.Here is your question: Illinois is a leading corn producer in the US bringing in $12.3 billion annually. Sports and Activity News:

1. There will be a boys basketball game at Tremont beginning at 5:30 tonight.

 

2. The high school scholastic bowl team has a meet vs Tri-Valley at 4pm tonight.

 

3. Attention all high school athletes:There is Mandatory Concussion testing this Friday at 2:15 in the main gym for anyone planning to play football this spring. You need to bring your chrome book. Players that go to BACC should report to the gym as soon as they get back to school.

 

4. Attention high school athletes, if you plan on participating in track and field this year, please stop by and see Mr. Updegraff at some point this week to sign up. Additionally, he has information about upcoming open workout dates for those not participating in other sports.

2. The high school boy basketball team has a home game tonight against Midland beginning at 5:30.

 

3. Attention all high school athletes:There is Mandatory Concussion testing this Friday at 2:15 in the main gym for anyone planning to play football this spring. You need to bring your chrome book. Players that go to BACC should report to the gym as soon as they get back to school.

3. Congratulations to the following student artists for being accepted to show in the McLean County Arts Center Show in Bloomington.

Sage Ellis, Robin Stevens and Ahnnika Hess in painting, Madelyn Lyle in drawing, Colin Norsworthy in Ceramics, and Naomi Verbarg had two accepted in painting and graphics. Great works artists!  Excited to see the virtual awards ceremony on March 6th, from 2:00-3:00!

5. Attention Junior High students, track starts March 15th! Fill out the Google survey now if you have not already.

Mrs. Rackauskas will be hosting a music exploratory group on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for Junior High Students that had enrolled in band or choir class for this year.  Interested students should come to the music room on Monday after they have finished eating lunch.  There will be no food allowed in the music room.  Students should bring their chromebook with them.  You will not be singing or playing instruments, so please continue to leave instruments at home.

The high school boys have a basketball game against Flanagan 4pm home
High school girls basketball at home vs Flanagan 11am.
