Paraprofessionals
Paraprofessionals play a vital role in the classroom. Heyworth CUSD #4 employs licensed paraprofessionals to provide direct support to students across the district from early learning to high school. The relationship between teachers and paraprofessionals not only serves as a social model for students but can also provide great opportunities for instruction and learning. In addition to providing support to students, each Paraprofessional performs many other responsibilities within their day.
