Hello Families,
Due to forecasted temperatures and travel conditions, we will be having another eLearning day tomorrow.
- Elementary School: Learning activities will be posted on the district website by 9:00 a.m.
- Junior & Senior High School: Learning activities will be posted in Google Classroom by 9:00 a.m.
- Coaches and sponsors will reach out to families regarding scheduled practices, competitions, and events.

Due to the forecasted temperatures and the extreme cold warning in effect, Heyworth School District will be using an eLearning Day tomorrow (January 23, 2026). Student learning activities and assignments will be made available by 9:00 a.m. on Friday.

- Elementary School: Learning activities will be posted on the district website by 9:00 a.m.
- Junior & Senior High School: Learning activities will be posted in Google Classroom by 9:00 a.m.
- Coaches and sponsors will reach out to families regarding scheduled practices, competitions, and events.

The Regular Scheduled Board of Education Meeting for January 21, 2026 is being moved to 7:00 PM instead of 6:00 PM.

If you have children in your family that are younger than kindergarten and not currently enrolled in Pre-K at the elementary school please fill this form out.  We want to make sure we have names/ages of students that will need to be screened in the future to come to preschool.  Looking forward to hearing from you!  If you have any questions feel free to email Elyse Fishel, [email protected]
